Welcome to Flighter.app ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website at flighter.app (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

Flighter.app provides temporary flight reservation services for visa application and travel documentation purposes only.

2. Service Description

2.1 What We Provide

Flighter.app creates temporary flight reservations with valid Passenger Name Records (PNRs) that can be used for:

• Visa applications
• Travel proof documentation
• Embassy appointments
• Consulate submissions

2.2 What We Do NOT Provide

Our service DOES NOT provide:

• Actual airline tickets
• Confirmed flight bookings
• Boarding passes
• The right to board any aircraft
• Travel insurance
• Guaranteed acceptance by embassies or consulates

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Service Fees

Our current pricing is:

• One-way flight reservation: $12 USD
• Round-trip flight reservation: $15 USD
• Flight + Hotel reservation: $25 USD

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at checkout is the final price you will pay.

3.2 Payment Processing

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• We accept major credit cards and debit cards
• Payment must be completed before reservation creation
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated

3.3 No Hidden Fees

The price you see at checkout is the total price. We do not charge any additional fees, service charges, or taxes beyond the displayed price.

4. Reservation Validity and Expiration

4.1 Validity Period

All reservations created through Flighter.app are valid for 48 hours from the time of creation.

4.2 Automatic Expiration

Reservations will automatically expire and become invalid after 48 hours. We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from expired reservations.

4.3 No Extensions

Reservation validity periods cannot be extended. If you need a reservation beyond 48 hours, you must create a new reservation and pay the applicable fee.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 No Refunds

• Change of travel plans
• Visa denial or rejection
• Reservation expiration
• Incorrect information provided by user
• User dissatisfaction
• Embassy or consulate rejection

5.2 Technical Failures

If our system fails to generate a reservation after successful payment, we will:

• Automatically issue a full refund within 5-7 business days, OR
• Create your reservation manually at no additional cost

5.3 Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a successfully delivered service may result in:

• Account termination
• Legal action
• Reporting to fraud prevention agencies

6. User Responsibilities

6.1 Accurate Information

You must provide:

• Accurate email address
• Valid phone number
• Correct travel dates
• Accurate passenger information
• Valid airport codes

6.2 Proper Use

You agree to:

• Use reservations only for visa/documentation purposes
• NOT attempt to board flights with our reservations
• NOT use our service for illegal purposes
• NOT resell or redistribute our reservations
• NOT abuse or exploit our service

6.3 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using our Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Ownership

All content on Flighter.app, including but not limited to website design and layout, logos and branding, text and graphics, and software and code is owned by Flighter.app or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

8.1 Service "As Is"

Our Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

8.2 No Guarantees

We do NOT guarantee:

• Acceptance by any embassy, consulate, or government agency
• Accuracy of flight information
• Availability of specific routes or airlines
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• That reservations will meet your specific needs

8.3 Limitation of Liability

8.4 Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, war or terrorism, technical failures of third-party services, or internet/telecommunications failures.

9. Data Protection and Privacy

9.1 GDPR Compliance

We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection laws.

9.2 Data We Collect

We collect and process:

• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Travel dates and destinations
• Payment information (processed by Stripe)

You may NOT:

• Use our Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise our systems
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers
• Create fake or fraudulent reservations
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Resell or redistribute our reservations
• Abuse customer support or dispute legitimate charges
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your access and legal action.

12.1 By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, refuse service to anyone for any reason, and modify or discontinue the Service without notice.

12.2 By You

You may stop using our Service at any time. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases, outstanding reservations remain valid until expiration, and sections of these Terms that should survive termination will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13.2 Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis only and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
